KANNUR: A social audit programme of the District Treasury will be held at the Municipal Town Hall here on November 21. District Treasury Officer K.P. Sasidharan said the public could submit their complaints and proposals at the audit discussion to be held as part of the programme. An independent jury would examine the complaints and proposals.
