dated November 20, 1958: U.N. observers in Lebanon

The United Nations Observation Group in Lebanon (U.N.O.G.I.L.), has recommended that it now be withdrawn from that country, since its task has been completed, it was announced on November 19. Mr. Dag Hammarskjoeld, the Secretary-General, submitted the recommendation to the Security Council for formal action.
