BJP’s poser to Congress on Telangana statehood

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: The BJP has demanded that the Congress put an end to its “stage managed drama” on separate Telangana before December 10 and clarify whether it was supporting or opposing separate statehood to the region.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, senior BJP leader Ch. Vidyasagar Rao demanded that the Congress leadership clarify whether it was in favour of constituting a second States Reorganisation Commission or would it introduce a Bill directly in the Parliament.

Mr. Rao condemned the attack on the Praja Rajyam leaders at Pulivendula.
