Jackman “Sexiest Man Alive”

London: Australian actor Huge Jackman (40) has been voted as Sexiest Man Alive for 2008 by People magazine. He beat James Bond star Daniel Craig to the top spot, reported the Daily Mail.

Jackman also eclipsed Brad Pitt, Zac Efron and Daniel Craig for the number one spot.

Britishers who have made to the list are — Simon Cowell, race-car drive Lewis Hamilton, football star David Beckham and TV chef Gordon Ramsay. Jackman’s epic film “Australia” with actress Nicole Kidman was released recently. — PTI

The first paragraph of a PTI report "Jackman 'Sexiest Man Alive'" ("International" page, November 21, 2008) was "Australian actor Huge Jackman (40) has been voted as Sexiest Man Alive for 2008 by People magazine." The actor's name is Hugh Michael Jackman.
