This Day That Age
Mr. K. Kamaraj, Chief Minister of Madras, inaugurated on November 23 the ninth annual conference of the Madras Students’ Social Service League at the S.I.E.T. Women’s College, Teynampet. Welcoming the gathering, Prof. R. Krishnamurthi, President of the League, said during the past eight years of its existence, the League’s policy had always been to keep in touch with the poorer sections of the community to make their lives happier and better.
