Malabar United in semifinal
KOCHI: K. J. Prasoon scored the match-winner in the 79th minute as Malabar United, Kozhikode, defeated Cochin Port Trust 1-0 and entered the semifinals of the Navy Week State-level football tournament at the floodlit Parade Ground, Fort Kochi, on Tuesday night.
There will be no match tomorrow and on Thursday, in the first semifinal, Golden Threads will meet Central Excise, in an all-Ernakulam affair.
