Commissioner’s surprise visit

Municipal Commissioner B. Sridhar on Tuesday made a surprise visit in Bhupeshnagar, Kobbarithota and Bowdara Road of Ward 29 with particular attention to de-silting of drains. He directed that the slabs on the drains be removed for de-silting, if it was necessary. On observing water flow with less pressure in some taps, he directed staff to remedy the situation. He enquired from people on the supply of drinking water .
