Bhimavaram: In all 76 colleges affiliated to Andhra University will participate in the three-day ‘Bhima Youth Festival’ to be held at K.G.R.L. College here from Nov. 28, Mente Padmanabham, secretary and Mente Manikyala Rao, Principal and convener, told newsmen here on Wednesday. They said that about 3,000 students from districts of West Godavari, East Godavari, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram will participate in the youth festival. A slew of cultural programmes will be presented during the festival, they said. Andhra University Vice-Chancellor B. Satyanarayana, Vice-Chancellor of Adi Kavi Nannayya University would be the chief guests , D.V.S Chandradhi, Vice Principal They said Grandhi Srinivas, Bhimavaram M.L.A, and Bommidi Narayana Rao, M.L.C, would attend as guests honour on Nov. 28 They said V.R.K. Mohan Rao, D.I.G, Vigilance and Enforcement, Hyderabad, B. Parvatiswara Rao, Rector of Andhra University, P.V.G.D. Prasada Reddy, Registrar of Andhra University, would be honour. The Vice-Chancellor of Andhra University would be honoured on Nov. 30 on the occasion of valedictory. They said gold and bronze medals and merit certificates will be presented to winners of various cultural events of youth festivals on Nov. 30. Mr. Manikyala Rao said Mr Padmanabham will deliver valedictory address. He said K.Vishnu Raju, Chairman, Of Dr. B.V. Raju Foundation, G.V. Narasimha Raju, president of D.N.R.College Association, Sagi Atchuta Rama Raju, Correspondent of S.R.K.R. Engineering College, Bhimavaram and Dr. Gubbala Tammayya Corresponodent and Director of Sri Vasavi Engineering College, Tanuku would attend youth festival on Nov. 28. D.V.S Chandradhi, Vice Principal of K.G.R.L. College, was also present at the press meet. .
