Training institute inaugurated

Staff Reporter

Kakinada: JNTU-Kakinada Vice-Chancellor Allam Appa Rao on Friday inaugurated Srishti Institute for Training in Excellence (SITE), which was originally Srishti Computer Centre, a part of Hyderabad-based Srijana group of companies.

The objective of SITE was to expand its activities to offering training in a wide array of vocational courses. Computer training had been its mainstay for several years.

Prof. Appa Rao appreciated the SITE’s parent organisation for striving for the welfare of society and exuded confidence that it would bridge the gap between the vast talent pool of youth available here and employers, which was the very purpose of expanding its horizon.
