Rear Admiral Michael Titus Moraes has assumed the duties of Flag Officer Submarines form Rear Admiral Pradip K. Chatterjee.

An alumnus of the College of Naval Warfare Karanja, Mumbai, prior to his present appointment, he was holding the post of Assistant Chief of Naval Staff at Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy).
