Paris: The special medically-equipped Air France plane sent to Mumbai by the French government arrived in Paris on Saturday carrying 77 passengers, including 29 French citizens who survived the terrorist attacks in Mumbai. President Nicolas Sarkozy said France would offer “its unflinching and total support to the Indian democracy in its struggle against terrorism and fanaticism.” “French [intelligence] services would cooperate to the utmost to help this great democracy to face up to this insane, gratuitous, barbaric terrorism,” Mr. Sarkozy told Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
