Coimbatore: District Collector V. Palanikumar has said that investors who are yet to get back the money invested with ICS Finance shall approach the District Revenue Officer or the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Economic Offences Wing) for initaiating action. A release from the Collector said that there were complaints that those who had invested in ICS Finance in Ram Nagar were not getting back the money. The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has registered a case and a charge sheet has been filed. The owners of the firm has agreed to return 70 per cent of the amount to the complainants. Of the 1,673 investors, funds were returned to 1,469 investors. Of the remaining 204 investors, petitions are received only from ten. They shall approach the office of the District Revenue Officer (J Section) at 301114 (Extension 57) and Deputy Superintendent of Police, EOW (phone: 2303669).
