More schools to have ICT scheme

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: ‘The Information Communication Technology (ICT) in School’ scheme being implemented by the Union and State governments would be extended to 3,055 government-aided schools also in Kerala, according to an official press release. The deadline for joining the scheme has been extended to December 12. Each eligible aided school has to remit with the authorities the State’s share of the outlay meant for implementing the scheme in that school.
