Rahul Mahajan drugs case trial to resume
NEW DELHI: The trial in the Rahul Mahajan drug abuse case is likely to resume on December 22 before a court, which is expected to receive the judicial records from Delhi High Court.
Rahul Mahajan appeared along with other co-accused on Monday before Additional Sessions Judge P. S. Teji who adjourned the case for recording of evidence.
The records of the case have been sent to the High Court which is hearing a bunch of petitions filed by accused Mahajan, Sahil Zaroo, Harish Sharma, personal assistant to slain BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, and Delhi Police.
All the parties have challenged the order on charges framed against the accused by the trial court. --PTI
