Labourers injured
New Delhi: Fifteen labourers of a tent house were injured when the bus they were travelling in overturned in South Delhi early on Monday morning, police said.
The incident took place at around 2 a.m. near Maidan Garhi Chowk in Malviya Nagar after the driver of the bus lost control over the vehicle and it rammed into a divider after which it overturned.
All the 15 injured, who were working in a tent house in Preet Vihar, were returning from a marriage in Chattarpur farmhouse when the incident took place.
They were rushed to AIIMS from where 12 were discharged after first-aid.
Bus driver Surender Singh was arrested and a case has been registered against him.
