BU extends admission date

COIMBATORE: The School of Distance Education of Bharathiar University has yet again extended the last date for admissions for the academic year 2008-09 to December 15. According to a university release, applications for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and PG diploma courses will be accepted up to the middle of this month.

City students can approach the centre at C.S.I. Bishop Appasamy College of Arts and Science or the School of Distance Education at the university for applications.

They can also approach the spot admission-cum-learning centres approved by the university. Students living in other parts of the country can spot the nearest study centre at the university website www.b-u.ac.in.

Applications can also be downloaded from the website.
