Opposition parties stage dharna

SANGAREDDY: Responding to the call given by their respective parties, main opposition parties on Tuesday held a procession and a dharna before the Collectorate demanding reduction of prices of petroleum products. They also burnt the effigy of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy before the Collectorate.

Addressing the gathering, CPI(M) district secretary Chukka Ramulu demanded that the government should reduce the cost of petrol and diesel immediately.
