Mr. Arthur Isenberg, technical consultant to the Southern Languages Book Trust, suggested the starting of Central Registry of Research Projects to co-ordinate research work done in various parts of the country while inaugurating the Madras University Research Scholars’ Association at the University Buildings in Chepauk on November 25.
