Governor N.D. Tiwari will attend the Greater Visakha Grand Christmas Eve organised by the central committee of pastors fellowship from 6.45 p.m to 7.30 p.m. after attending the review of operations display by Eastern Naval Command at R.K. Beach on the occasion of the Navy Day here on Thursday.
