LPG: protest against Minister’s order

KOZHIKODE: The Kozhikode District Committee of Yuva Janata Dal will stage a protest on December 5, in front of the taluk supply offices in the city against the directive of Food and Civil Supplies Minister, which revoked the District Collector’s order banning collection of LPG cylinder distribution charges in the city.

District president C.P. Rajan presided over the meeting held here in this connection. The meeting lauded the steps taken by the District Collector in this regard.

It criticised the cylinder distributors for charging extra for delivery.
