Collector seeks habitation-wise survey Action plan to be ready by December 24 Kakinada: District Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi suggested to the officials of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) to lay emphasis on education of girls, physically challenged, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes while drafting the action plan for 2009-10 with the broader objective of improving the quality of education.
