Two shot dead

Lucknow: Two persons were shot dead in Sidhai village in Jaunpur district by a rival group due to old enmity, police sources said here.

Gullu Yadav and Ashok Gupta were killed on Saturday night by three persons, who were identified as Tej Bahadur Singh, his son Manish and Bhupendra, they said.

An FIR has been registered and attempts were on to nab the culprits, they said adding that the murders were executed to settle old scores.
