Railways gets new Financial Commissioner

CHENNAI: Sowmya Raghavan has taken over charge of the office of Financial Commissioner, Railways. Prior to this appointment she was General Manager of Central Railway, according to a Southern Railway release. Before joining as the first lady General Manager of Central Railway, she was Advisor (Finance), Ministry of Railways (Railway Board).
