Cleft-lip surgeries
Surgery for the correction of cleft-lip deformity will be performed at the Dr. Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Foundation, Chinna Avutapalli, till Sunday. Handicapped and Senior Citizen’s Welfare Department Assistant Director G. Narasimulu said on Monday that camps were being held at different places in the district for screening and identification of persons with cleft-lip deformity and eligible for free plastic surgery. But those who were still interested could go directly to the Medical College on Sunday and enroll for surgery.
