FMM students awarded

TIRUCHI: Eight students of Financial Market Management (FMM) at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 who scored above 80 per cent in the Beginners Module conducted by the National Stock Exchange received cash awards of Rs. 150 each from Bajaj Alliance.
This year, Bajaj Alliance, trained students and provided opportunities for students to sell its products.
Two students, Sridhar and Jenifer Anitha, who marked the products successfully, were honoured with cash awards of Rs. 1,000 each.
The Principal A. Muniyandi said that the school is the only one of its kind in the State to offer FMM as a stream at higher secondary level.
In-plant training
As part of the curriculum, students are offered in-plant training by reputed companies, he said.
