Udhagamandalam: Under the aegis of the World Vision of India, the Nilgiris chapter, a function was held at Coonoor on Wednesday in order to release a special poster on Human Rights vis-À-vis HIV and AIDS. It was in order to emphasise that the children affected by HIV AIDS had the same rights as other children. The World Vision Programme Coordinator K.Vetriselvan John said that about 150 youth participated in the function. — Special Correspondent
