Skytop launches Golf Village project

MYSORE: Skytop Builders Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore) launched its ambitious Skytop Golf Village by naming India’s ace golfer Jeev Milkha Singh as its brand ambassador, here on Saturday.

The proposed project will have a state-of- the art 18-hole championship golf course on 602 acres at Yelwal on the Mangalore-Mysore highway.

The championship golf course is being designed by Swan Golf Designs Ltd. of England and is overseen by Nandan Heblikar, who is the Project Director.

B.L. Nagendra, Managing Director, Skytop Builders, said that the project will be completed in five years and will emerge as a trend-setter for Mysore with some high-quality facilities. Jeev stressed the need for supporting golf as it is one of the fastest growing sport. He hoped that his association with Skytop Builders in this project, where he will be starting a golf academy, bears fruit in the days to come.
