KOCHI: A ready reckoner which should find a place in all the bookshelves of discerning people is the short book “Hridrogavum Ningalum” penned by renowned cardiologist Dr. Sajy Kuruttukulam of Medical Trust Hospital in Kochi. The book details the ‘do’s and don’ts’ that one should adopt to stay healthy and enjoy a long life, and to drive away misconceptions regarding the heart.
