Man injures himself with razor at Collectorate

ADILABAD: Dagre Kishore Singh (25) from Bazarhatnoor mandal injured himself with a razor blade on the Collectorate premises on Monday.

Singh complained that he was vexed with the grievance cell officials for their ‘failure’ to act on his plea to get his wife back.

Kishore Singh said he had petitioned at the grievances cell many times for the officials to help him bring back his wife who had gone to her mother’s house about a year back and refused to join him since.

Singh inflicted wounds on his arms and chest near the Collectorate conference hall, the venue of citizen’s interface, on Monday.

He was rushed to the RIMS for treatment.
