The East Coat Railway’s Senior Divisional Finance Manager at Waltair and Sports Officer of Waltair Division P. Ramachandra Rao has been nominated as manger of the Railway women team at the 57th National volleyball championships being held here from Friday, according to a communication received from the Railway Sports Promotion Board on Wednesday.
