Estimates Committee visits SHAR

Sriharikota (Nellore dist.): Members of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Committee on Estimates visited the SHAR of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in the district on Friday. They appreciated the scientists for the recent successful launch of Chandrayan-I.
The committee headed by legislator Buragadda Vedavyas visited the control room, rocket assembling unit and rocket launching pad in the space centre and interacted with the scientists. Later, the committee members – Padala Aruna, Gurunadha Reddy, B. Sudhakar Reddy, Yadava Reddy, Indrasena Reddy and J Wilson – visited Kuduri village and enquired about the facilities in Indiramma Housing Colony constructed by the government.
