Pandit Pant, Union Home Minister, addressing a public meeting in Madras on December 21, under the auspices of the Tamil Nad Congress Committee, called for “a moratorium for the time being” on all controversies “which divert our attention from the central pivotal objective” of achieving economic and cultural progress of the great nation.
