B.Ed. candidates stage dharna
VIZIANAGARAM: Qualified B. Ed candidates on Monday staged a dharna in front of the office of District Educational Officer demanding that the government withdraw its proposal to give 30 per cent priority to D.Ed candidates in the DSC. The B.Ed candidates demanded that the government provide equal opportunities in SGT posts. In fact, two-thirds of the candidates in the State are qualified B.Eds and hence there is no justice in giving priority to D.Ed candidates whose number is less, according to M.Venkata Rao, Ch. Satyanrayana and others who participated in the protest.
