Fortune partners Manohar Hotel

HYDERABAD: Fortune Park Hotels Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd, has partnered with Sri Shakti Hotels and Resorts Ltd (SSHRL) and re-branded Hotel Manohar as ‘Fortune Select Manohar’.

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Pawan Verma, Sr. executive vice-president of ITC Hotels division, said that this was 25th property the Fortune Park Hotels opened in the country. The group signed 52 hotels for partnership. The remaining hotels would be opened in the next one year to a year and a half.

‘Select, Park, Inn and resorts were the four different classes of brands the Fortune hotels were run on, he disclosed.

He said that the economic meltdown and the terror strikes on hotels in Mumbai affected the hospitality industry badly.
