Wipro to acquire Citi Technology Services


BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies and Citigroup Inc. (Citi) on Tuesday announced that they had reached an agreement for Wipro to acquire Citi Technology Services, the India-based captive provider of information technology services and solutions to Citi entities worldwide, for an all cash consideration of about $127 million, says a release.
