Sonata declares special interim dividend

BANGALORE: The directors of Sonata Software have declared a special interim dividend of 100 per cent. The record date for this purpose has been fixed as December 29. The board had already declared a 50 per cent interim dividend. This takes the total dividend to 150 per cent for the year 2008-09 against 110 per cent in 2007-08.
