Christmas celebrations by Anglo-Indians

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Visakha Anglo-Indian Women’s Forum celebrated the spirit of Christmas by organising a treat for the children from the lesser privileged homes at the Meadows in Hotel Green Park here on Wednesday.

Over 300 children and a few adults participated in the programme that included games, singing and dancing.

The children were surprised when Santa arrived riding a motorbike and gave away gifts to the children.

In a message from Hyderabad Christine Lazares, MLA, urged the community members to spread the message of love and peace.
