Girl’s body found

Kakinada: The body of a four-year-old girl was found in a drain near Bhaskar cinema theater at Turangi on the outskirts of Kakinada on Monday. A sanitary worker noticed the body and alerted the police with the help of village revenue officer V Subrahmanyam. The body has signs of bleeding from the nose and the lips were bloated, which suggest that injuries might have been inflicted on her. Kakinada rural police are investigating the case.
