Councillors threaten stir

VIZIANAGARAM: Telugu Desam councillors in the fort town have threatened to launch agitation if transparency is not observed in the selection of beneficiaries under the third phase of Indiramma programme in the 11 TDP wards.

They submitted a memorandum to Collector G. Ram Narayana Reddy on Monday.
