Sons of BSP leader held for murder

Lucknow: In more trouble for Uttar Pradesh’s ruling Bahujan Samaj party (BSP), two sons of a party leader were among four persons arrested on Monday for allegedly killing a man over students’ rivalry in Mahtura district two days ago.

Ravi Pratap and Rahul Pratap, sons of BSP Mathura district president Chowdhury Pratap Singh, and two others Lokesh Chowdhury and Nishu Yadav were arrested, Additional Director General (Law and Order) Brijlal told reporters here. — PTI
