Vignan Mahotsav concludes

Three-day national youth festival event `Vignan Mahotsav-2008’ concluded in Guntur on Tuesday with RVR&JC College of Engineering student S. Krishna Chaitanya winning the Mr. Vignan Utsav title and T. Navaneeta of host Vignan Engineering College.

Participating in the valedictory AP Council for Higher Education Chairman KC Reddy said that the State Government would extend all kinds of help for making higher education vibrant and meaningful.
