Software engineer killed

A software professional, Prashant Malhotra, 28, died after he was hit by an unidentified vehicle on Tuesday. The victim was returning home on his bike on Begumpet fly-over around Monday midnight when the vehicle knocked him down and sped away. He was rushed to a private hospital where he succumbed to his injuries after few hours.

K. Suresh Sharma, 47, an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Central Industrial Security Force, was killed when a speeding water tanker hit him from behind while he was travelling on a bike near KDR company at ECIL on Tuesday.
