Anand Cine Services case

Legal Correspondent

HYDERABAD: The Division Bench of the A.P. High Court comprising Chief Justice A.R. Dave and Justice R. Subhash Reddy on Tuesday stayed further action in the case pertaining to allotment of five acres of land to Anand Cine Services, in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The Bench was dealing with a writ petition filed by T. Harish Rao, TRS MLA. He complained that the government is collecting less than two rupees per square yard. He wondered how land in Banjara Hills can be alienated at such cheap price.
