BANGALORE: Licensed land surveyors have threatened to stage an indefinite dharna from January 5 urging the State Government to regularise their services, and have alleged that they are being harassed by permanent land surveyors. President of Karnataka State Government Licensed Land Surveyors Association S.S. Virupaksh told presspersons that the Government had not appointed surveyors for a long time, and had created the position of licensed surveyors, a post without salary. — Staff Reporter
