MEGA STORE: R. K. Krishna Kumar (right), Chairman, Ajit Joshi (centre), MD and CEO, Infiniti Retail, and N. A. Soonawala, Vice-Chairman, Tata Sons, at a showroom inauguration in Mumbai on Wednesday. MUMBAI: Croma, the electronic and consumer durables mega stores chain from the house of the Tatas, is expecting a revenue of Rs. 720 crore for the year ending March 2009, its CEO and Managing Director Ajit Joshi said here on Wednesday. Mr. Joshi was speaking at the inaugural of the company’s tenth store at Pheonix Mills here. The store is spread over 15,000 sq. ft. and houses a wide range of local and global brands across various product categories along with its private brand ‘Croma’. The company plans to set up around 32 stores by March 2009 and around 50 stores by March 2010.
