Air Controller at Visakhapatnam Airport C. Pattabhi has been promoted as Airport Director. The airport has been upgraded and the new terminal building with a capacity to handle 700 passengers per hour, 20 counters for airlines and parking place for 600 cars, is likely to commence operations in January. It required an officer of the rank of Director.
