Congratulated

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has congratulated the Janata Dal (Secular) on its victory in three constituencies in the byelection to the State Legislative Assembly, results of which were announced on Saturday. CPI(M) State unit secretary V.J.K. Nair said that his party had urged the voters to defeat the candidates of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress in the byelection and elect the candidates of the Janata Dal (Secular).
