NDMC starts cleaning of underground tanks

NEW DELHI: The New Delhi Municipal Council has started annual flushing and cleaning of underground tanks of water boosting stations in the NDMC area in a phased manner between January 1 and 30.

The areas where water supply would be affected during the cleaning exercise are Malcha Marg, Vinay Marg, Pandara Road, Kaka Nagar, Meena Bagh, Tughlak Crecent, South Avenue and Jor Bagh. Consumers may demand water tankers at contact numbers 23360683, 23743642, 23747566 and 23747568.
