Permission granted for shops

The Joint Commissioner of Labour, Eluru, has granted permission for shops and establishments to be opened till 9.30 p.m from January 3 to 14, a 12-day period, including January 11, a Sunday. A press release from the Vijayawada Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Gadda Subba Rao said that all shops in Krishna, East and West Godavari districts in the zone have been granted permission for extra time for Sankranthi Festival season.
