Sugar factory worker drowns

SANGAREDDY: Chakali Anantaiah (25), a native of Fasalwadi village in Sangareddy mandal and working at Ganapathi Sugars, died after falling felling down in a water tank located in at the factory premises.

According to workers’ union honourary president B. Mallesh, the management had accepted to pay a compensation of Rs. 5 lakh , a job to one of the family members of the deceased. Nagaraju and Bhaskar Reddy represented the management - Staff Reporter
